The greatest project you will ever work on is yourself

Our experiences keep on shaping us, and as well as the world keeps on changing and evolving so do we. What worked years ago, might need a little update, as there might be now even more efficient and faster ways to reach the wanted outcome. And when you are keeping your mind open and willing to learn, the improvement will be undeniable.

Personally Im lovin the phrase ”you either win or you learn” as it also reminds about the fact that we are never ready but also that we can keep on learning and mastering new skills – both professional wise but also as a person.

This part is what matters the most, as our progress is as limited as our self-awareness. Even the greatest progress is only half ass there, until we have been also checking ourself innerly. Its about operating my openly, more willingly and knowing what we can and we should change. The more in tune you are with yourself, the better choices you will make. The better you know yourself, the more you have awareness yet patient on learning new things.

Every new level demands new set of skills, and  the more you are facing moments of frustrations, feeling like you aren’t good enough, that is actually a test. Test of how bravely are you willing to push further and start learning. Everything is feels are or less hard at first, but it’s always up to you, are you willing to be open for new set of the skills that the next steps are asking you to master.

You either have excuses, or you have progress. It’s up to you, how badly do you actually want to go after on what your heart desires.  Obstacles will build up the character of yours, being at the same time like quick quiz of how much do you actually want what you are after.

Yet, they can also show up as guidelines, questioning what you want but also why. When you know your What, you need to also know your Why.

What are your dreams meaning and representing to you, and why does it matter.

One of  my favorite questions back in the day was this simple phrase: ”If you would not be in need of any money and you would be already financially taken care of, would you still be working on with wha you are already doing?”

That helped and still helps on guiding myself, when thinking and weighting options.

The second favorite question would be this: Are you acting from your own want or from the expectations of others? This helped me to clarify back int the days which thing were put onto me and what I actually desired for myself as career wise.

The better you know yourself and what you want, the clearer the path will appear.
