This past for weeks have had so much in them that instead of weeks, it has time to time felt like the weeks were months.
In one point felt like everything lost its bottom and yet again sailing in middle of the ocean without any clear direction, constantly questioning things and my own path.
In one point of this period, I had so many questions marks in the air, and that drained my energy a lot.
Meanwhile I were looking for answers, I noticed that I were also bringing up more of things to bother my head with.
You are not always going to have the answers to your problems. It may take time for you to gain clarity over the situation. Instead of constantly worrying, you should trust that when there is a problem there is also a solution, and if not having the answers yet, they will come along with time.
Something that I have learned through out the years is that when ever facing something that you can’t immediately change or situation feels overwhelming, it’s time to pause things a little, for example rest over the night. The very next day that big problem may have taken totally new proportions. And if not, at least rested mind works better with problem shooting.
That was exactly what I did when I felt like life tried to throw a curve ball yet again, I slept over the night and the next day, instead of panic my brain was wired again to see more options, seek more solutions and knowing exactly what to look into.
So instead of throwing myself under the truck with stress, I paused and let them solutions found me. With this matter, I chose the peace over the spiraling. With peace, I gained clarity. I trusted that as I have found solutions also in the past, I would be doing so also this time.
And the switch what felt like happening suddenly, was actually consciously chosen new direction. Started a while ago, but facing now like ultimate test of this season of life, have I. Really do as I breach.
Stop of an old pattern, start of a new path.
Little by little, choice by choice, we are able to mold our reality as we like.
And in the small habits, small thoughts and phrases, relies the power. The power to do more, to be more. And with clarity the path seems more straight, more clearer.
Changes done with intention also will return that feeling of certain power, as you start to see the changes around you.
Clarity doesn’t come from thoughts, it comes through actions. What you start inteinternally, needs to be followed physically.
