In recent weeks, I have taken a little more distance from the time spent online. The holiday mood thus continued, with more time spent in the moment. And perhaps I also became lazier about posting anything, admiring with my own eyes without sharing anything, anywhere. This kind of introspection also worked well, as I was more in tune with my own pulse. What speaks to me and what is really worth my energy. Where can I actually gain more from and what, on the other hand, what really drains my resources – and too much so. Whether it was about relationships, work, or how I spent my time overall.
The two-week break did me good, as mentioned before already it was much needed concrete break, which helped me for gain more new perspectives—also holistically. Those two weeks also served as a kind of catapult for the changes that followed. This time, too, I didn’t have to go very far to get enough distance from my own routines to be able to see the big picture and to see the whole forest instead of just staring at the crust of the tree.
When your cup is full, your tolerance is naturally better, but when your cup is half empty, it is especially important to pay attention to what is adding to the burden. Over the past month, I have been doing just that, paying more attention what really works on my favor and I have also been making concrete changes based on these observations.

What you think and believe actually becomes your reality within months and the emotions you feel, which ultimately create your life. That’s why also its really important to keep up how do you actually feel in this moment, this day. The things that bring you now peace, will increase that feeling later on too. The things that make you feel happier, will increase your quality of life. Whether it be about relationships, hobbies or your daily tasks, this goes to everything.
For example, its not a delusion that after breakups people tend to have a glow up. And that’s purely coming from doing things that are bringing light into your life, choosing things that are make yourself happy. Want to have a glow up (without the break up)?
Choose yourself, do what makes you happy. You don’t need to tolerate nonsense, that’s only indication for that this situation that you facing ain’t your cup of a coffee.
During past month, I drew even more precise, clearer lines and examined my boundaries even more closer. The thing is, that we don’t change, we tolerate. What we tolerate, we invite more into our lives. It is important to recognize what no longer works and act accordingly.
We trim the plants when we see that there is dead leafs there, so we should to the same on what comes to our lifes too. Declutter you apartment to have clearer mind. When having smaller circle, you will see better who claps when you win but also wants to keep seeing you win in future too. What aligns, keep that.
And in long run, you are able to see how the small changes actually did made a big difference.
