Navigating Energy Shifts: Embracing Change for Clarity

Lately I have been feeling like I’m in between of new energy about to enter and old energy that is about to clear out. At the same time, exciting yet exhausting. In one moment I have been bursting from energy, jumping from joy and the very second, feeling drained. Like when being in a roller coaster, you need to sit tight and try to enjoy the ride, while trusting that everything is going as it should. It has been fun and weird at the same time. But one thing is sure, and thats the trust on the process. The magic of being the work in progress.

Old habits, energy that doesn’t serve any more its purpose, needs to go. And this is necessary thing to happen, time to time. The new life needs the new version of you. Shedding old energy off is not fun and games, but the new energy entering will make it worth of all discomfort felt now.

One of the key things for me so far to keep me grounded during these shifts for sure has been running, which I have finally been able to introduce back to my routines. Something, that my body has been missing a lot, and since first run, it all came back on how much I’m enjoying it, but also how much this small habit has affected to me. It has been actually one of the corner stones what comes to clearing up my mind. My mind may go for a autopilot when I run, but when it does so, so does all the extra ”clutter” vanish too – for a while.  End of result, clear mind, with body full of endorphins. After every run, I have entered mentally into future mindset to move few mountains again.

Clear mind is what helps when in need to adjust to new things, changes of any kind. Also now, that I’m looking back for the past year for example, the things that have not made any sense, I’m now able to see why everything needed to go as they did. Even the things that left me with the thought ”WTF is going on”, those moment have now clarity too.

I’m seeing now why some things needed to go off track, so there were more room for better things to fall into place.  While introducing the running back to my routines, and adjusting things so there is space for it, I have been also spotting few small micro habits that need to be adjusted too.

For example, when feeling tire and/or exhausted, its crucial to focus on to the things that need your urgent attention, while postponing the not so urgent things for later. And if the state of the lack energy stays around longer, the postponing comes easily to be a habit. Sometimes, its actually good to just wait and not react straight away, but in reality nothing moves to the wanted directions if you don’t take the first steps to wanted direction. Mastering the art of spotting when to react and how keep things moving forward, while making sure that you are not driving you of cliff with having too much to handle.

Having the clear and calm mind helps also to take the action, on the things that you can and want to do now. Its equally important  to also surround yourself also with tasks that feel pleasant to do, like for me getting myself to the gym or taking myself out with my computer for a write here, while the bed may be trying to lure me to stay in there.

The actions that I have been taking lately have been leading me lately to more clearer visions, more balanced daily life, better understanding of my own self. Taking time to reflect, noticing what is needed but also accepting the changes. Not everything may feel pleasant, but if in long run I’m more closer to what I’m heading towards to, its small price to pay in that very moment.

End eventually, everything will fall into place. Just as it should.

Sometimes the redirection is needed to get where we are really meant to, instead of the fixed image that we hold first into.
