Starting the year with ease and softness, keeping in mind that the base for better future starts from taking better care of yourself. Last year was hectic in many ways, jumping from situation to another, and when now looking back, being on fight or flight more or less. Many  new changes, closed doors and changed atmospheres later, the more calmer state of life.

The  escalated reality of it and  how much actually in need I were for all those changes, but in other hand what comes to this new chapter, it all made sense in the end. Even the plot twists, that at the time didn’t feel like silver linings.

New mindset demands understanding on what has been, what is currently going on but also what future can bring with it.  While nurturing the present steadiness, still understanding and remembering the lessons from the past yet making sure that all the small moves, even the teeny tiny ones, will matter on what comes to your own future. The growing pains are part of the game, because if we would not be in need for growth, there would not be any evolving. And as they say, the pain changes people, but its up to you, to what direction.

Slowing down has made me gain new type of information and perspections too about myself, and it has been interesting to notice, that even thought things still keep on changing and evolving around and also inside me, as they should, I have gained a new type of peace of mind. And as my younger self would be consider steady to be equal to boredness, well, little did she know..

Growth means also learning, learning means studying. Different paths demands different routes, but even the similar goals will still ask for your own personal path. The thing is to find what resonates to you on this very moment, take notes on that and putting the new knowledge to work on to your favor.
But also, keep in mind that life doesn’t always ask that are you ready for the change, sometimes the change is there more quicker than you asked for but Im strong believer, that everything comes to you in a right time. The explanation for everything just might come with a delay.

Whatever you come across, blessing or obstacle,  but especially when speaking of obstacles, trust to the fact that  you already  posses all the keys and needed talent to solve things to turn every situation to their best.

Sometimes it even feels a bit insane, to be able blindfully to just trust that everything will be in the end sort out as it should, but after last year little so called showcases, there is no space anymore for doubt. As long as Im keeping my mind clear while holding on to the visions that I’m  having on where to next, while making sure to make every day at least small little effort for keeping things going further, the progress will be shown in a long run. Its like having the bravery of your younger self, but with the knowlegde of your current self.
You do better, because you know better.
