When you work on your own mindset, your mindset starts to work for you

On one point in the summer I noticed that I felt all the time tired, uninspired, stressed. No matter what, I felt I’m just like a drainer – my energy just coming towards me to straight up going through me, like there is nothing that would hold into it. That needed to change and while at the time there was an happy little ”accident” that allowed me to suddenly have a bit more rest and free time, I was again able to start fill in my energy levels while starting to spot  what things where slowly but so steadily draining the energy out of me.

For a while, I had just let myself go, meaning, that I was not putting that much thoughts on to how to maintain myself in a mental state that would  keep me thriving on, instead of just sliding into mindset where I was not making any growth.

As naturally curious mind, I’m always into gaining more knowledge. Of course needing the time also to process what I have been learning and putting that on work too. Like ordering more bricks that I can build on to, while learning also how to work with the placements too as I  want to make sure that the information I have gained would also be adjustable onto my own life. If not now, at least later on I have a mark on this on my memory that might come in handy.

And most of the times in my life, this has been the case.

Stopping for a minute, and taking a good look on what charges me, and taking notes on how by small changes on my life I was directing the whole course yet again for the best, was also a good reminder on what has been in there, what is it now around me and what I’m able to take from this exact moment to make it to the next step.

Having small glimpses on my visions coming into reality, soaking in the new core memories to remember later on those moments when feeling stuck and doubts trying to find their way to make home in my own head.

When understanding that everything starts within us, all the good but also the bad, it is really groundbreaking. You can tell whatever to yourself, but if you matter in fact, are not ready to outgrow the old patterns and old ways of thinking, no matter what you do, the change is not there in the way you expect. Doing the same thing all over again will not bring any difference to the desired outcome.

Escaping your reality, by numbing your mind by fulfilling it with things that will give you just short term endorphin boosts will make you happy for a minute but in long run, you are basically just feeding your mind with sugar rush like boost, leading to graving more boosts, more new short term reliefs instead of working on with the actual matter what was weighting you mind down. This way, creating the never ending rabbit hole, until facing the weighting matter, the actual root cause.

As well as you can work on to your physique, you can work on with your mind too. I would even dare the say, that the most important stage is actually starting with your mind, as when things change inside, they will start to change externally too – and with less of an effort. Also, internal work brings along more steadiness to keep the adored changes. Your ”why” needs to bigger and stormer than you ”because”.

Your ”why” is what keeps starts life unfolding for you, your ”because” is just a reminder on why you actually started.

How does one find their ”why”?

Thats a really great question! I personally see it in this way: Your ”why” is the spark, that made the you start the change in a first place. The final drop, that made the cup splash over it edges, the thing that opened your eyes for your current moment while realising, that your life is ment to be so much more than it currently is. This varies, so everyone will have their own type of ”why”, and the best way to find it, is doing the inner work to find the things that bring joy to your life.
