Reflections – Life is a mirror

What you see now is reflection on the wholesome.

Everything that we are experiencing is an reflection of our precious acts, thoughts and decisions made. Like a mirror, life reflects back to us what we have put out there.

Lately I have been down for serious self-reflection as during the summer I have had so called ”previews” on different scenes on the situations I have been aiming towards to.

Previews, that have either shown me that this is what I really want to have in the future too or it has been shown to me that this place or situation is not going to serve me at all.  It is eye-opening to be able to experience this kind of glimpses, as you either have a confirmations on your visions or its is the moment you know that you need to re-direct your course.

Picking up the hints, vibes, energy. How do you feel on this very moment, is this moment leaving you feel fulfilled, happy and energized? Is this energy gained now multiplying itself too or are you going to be feel more drained later on? Asking this kind questions from myself on that very moment but also sometimes rechecking myself afterwards. What kind of knowledge have been able gain?

I feel that the most important thing to do is to start with is spotting on the patterns that no longer nor have ever served you. Are the things we do now serving us in a longterm, or is it just going to be a quick fix but in days leaving us to face the exact same situation. And what I can do now differently, even a small thing, that will serve me also in a long run and in the end I would actually make bigger benefits from?

Even the heftiest life period can leave you feel more inspired when you have been working on with what you love while your soul feels fulfilled, of course, you need remember to keep on your balance by maintaining self care during this period.

Like starting the new butterfly effect, by putting the energy not just to survive from this current obstacle but also investing onto your future.

We reflect many things, from what comes from inside to what we are putting out. For example how we treat others will reflect on how others will treat us, maybe not directly but in a long run the effects are to be shown.  The same goes on what comes to ourself and our patterns, even the smallest correction to the right course ends up in the ends be a big one, especially when the small step is followed by the very next one.

Asking myself what decisions have been making me find from the mirror a woman who is looking me stronger, happier. Less stressed, more balanced. And what situations have been leaving my mind on ease and what have been triggering my mind to feel more of and out of balance.

Because, in the end, you need to be aware of the both sides of the coin, to make sure that you are pouring more into your cup than pouring out of it. If the things that are weighting us down are more heavier and overwhelming than the thing that actually bring more to our lives, then there is yet again in balance.

But when you are up to date on what brings gains and what weights you down, then you are more aware of also about the situations that will lead in the end to be even more draining.

By choosing to remove yourself from those events, you end up pouring more into your own cup.
