Cycle of seven

The first step In crafting the life yo want is to get rid of everything that you don’t.

Biologist have been showing that in every 7 years the human body has renewed all the cells in the body, and its scientifically proven that  every 7th year you can consider yourself to be reborn as your mind but also your body has changed (according to Rudolf Steiner and other scientists).

If you are currently struggling, just stop for a minute and think; how far you have come within past 7 years, how much you have overcame and how much experiences you have been gained till this day.

What ever happened over 7 years ago, imagine, now there is not a cell left in your body that was precent on this very moment. What would your younger self say to you if you would be able to meet yourself? And what would you tell to your younger self, would you encourage to keep on going, that there is so many incredible moment to come?

Seven years ago, end of the august. Young woman, 6 months fresh single learning to lean on her own voice after suffocating it for few years. Travelling, spending weeks abroad and wondering around the streets in small village in France or town in Switzerland. Enjoying every moment and daring to start to rethink what is she wanting from her life. That girl was me.

The game of ”What if” started. What if I would move abroad, and started to work here.  Little did I know that little mind came would escalated only two years later to my new reality.

At the same time it feels like  this all would have happened like year or two ago, while there has been happening so much in between already. That I would start my day enjoying my morning coffee while admiring palm trees from the balcony. Being able to take daily walks next to beach and soak my toes into the waves of the sea.

7 years full of growth, lessons and making dreams true. Even in time of struggles, I’m so proud of that young woman that I were back in the days, who encouraged herself to just go and trust that life will carry her. Who even in doubt, just kept on going.

I personally have been switching my perspective from having 5 year plan to be more of a 7 year plan. It nicely falls in between 5 and 10, so in a way it takes on the biggest pressure still being more closer than planning something to happen on 10 years.

But the biggest step and switch needs to be taken though wise, actions will follow. What you envision now, might just be your new reality in seven years from now
