Ocean on the back round, waves hitting into shoreline. Sand on your toes, some even trying to sneak in further onto your beach towel. Laying on the beach and slowly tuning yourself into state, where you are not sleeping, but barely present either.
Music or sounds on a podcast are starting to make their own mixtape to the sound of waves. You are starting to be more present on the moment, more tuned into within yourself.
I have been aware of the power of the sea what comes to my daily routines, but really woke up to that fact how big role that actually do posses, mostly what comes to stress control.
Starting to spend more time near to the ocean has started the process of rewiring my thoughts while gaining more clearance and peace within. And because of that, thoughts and later on physically things falling more onto their places. There is no magic involved, even thought it might seems like it. Its more like learning to be more softer towards myself, not pushing myself over my limits.
Sometimes its more like learning to not to go the extra mile and doing just your best on what you already have. And by doing that, things may start to solve themselves, after starting the process in a first place.
Past month has been really teachable, as I have been able to do much more mirroring onto what has been, where I am now and where I see my self heading from here. Taking a good look what daily things do actually work, spotting the thing that for now aren’t working on my favor and why I may be outgrowing them. What parts of my dreams and vision may need to replaced and what I still want to hold into. What brings me motivation, and what holds me on the track – even on waves of the changes.
Time to time is good to let things just fall into pieces, as underneath of the old structure may just arise a better, updated version of stage to be needed to take while heading towards desired outcome.
While we might never master the talent to just letting things be as they are and accepting the changes totally, its still nice to notice that how much you can actually learn to what comes to dealing this kind of situations. And its all about your ability to expand your own ways of thinking, especially as the same patterns will arise as long as we hold onto the same ways of thinking and behaving, that are actually behind of it all.

The occasions which are arising into our lives are like waves to the ocean, which shape us the same way like the water molds the rocks or the beaches. Sometimes its more stormy and serving bigger waves, but then its always followed by smoother sailing conditions.
Either way, the ways still keep on molding us.
And we can use that for the growth.
