Gratitude creates a clearer vision for tomorrow

Lately there has been a lot to be thankful for, and I have been really taking the time to not just recognize it but also to really appreciate it too. And really been a bit more extra happy on even the smallest steps that have been taking me further, even the not so easy ones.

Its that small little fountain of happiness, that has been starting really run inside of me, finding myself smiling without a reason or rhythm of a music being so catchy that while working I have been jamming along. Small things, but ah, in all simplicity, so heartwarming.

Its funny how the small switch of your own attitude and change on your own mental state can be unlocking a whole new level of you. And its not needed to be even a big one, as the small steps make the bigger picture come together.

Exploring, meeting new people and reconnecting with friends. Now that I have been having time to really take  time for myself and myself only, it has been nice to notice how much my energy levels have rised too. Same amount of a time in a day, same routines, but now living now more the fullest. Like surroundings are daily pumping the endorphins to me, nonstop.

Gratitude seems also clear your mind too, while the stress dissolves. When appreciating what you have, you start to notice the smallest details too, that are making your everyday life more flowy and onwards going. Even preparing yourself to take an a action for a new task or a challenge seems to be smaller effort now, as when you have clearer vision, the next steps become more visible too.

And then it is only matter of your own will, how much you do want it, how much effort you are willing to make what comes to next steps and changes to be made.

A good example of a change in your own point of view is, for example, the fact that you start to take new paths, even small ones like changing to the next street instead of the old familiar route. Or when new details start to be found on the old route. And believe me, most likely they have been there already before, but we get used to things in few days and weeks, and that leads to taking the whole picture for granted. So even the small details that would boost your mood, clear your vision, they get more easily ignored.

Gratitude is also actually about letting go. Letting go of what has been, while making the peace with it. It all was there for a reason, and everything served its time. Everything that feels like setback has been actually a redirection, and gratitude helps to clear that out more easily. Not everything needs to be tolerated, but thats why we have the feet instead of the roots. Don’t settle for something just because you are used to it, change the thing that don’t boost your mood, support your growth.

Everything doesn’t go in life as planned, so why use time for grudge or dwelling in the past or plans, that didn’t work out. Sometimes there is something so much better and bigger waiting for us, just behind the corner or even straight infront of our eyes.

When your past makes more sense to you, you will have more peace  today. And the more peace you have today, the more clearer is the future and your vision.

”Gratitude makes sense our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow”
