Another new dope version of me is emerging

New surroundings have been doing wonders, but also, there has been a good time to them old habits that don’t take you nowhere anymore, to be recognized. And to be worked on.

The more aware I have been about my own habits, needs and boundaries and sticking with them, the more easily I have been also starting to recognize the things that no longer serve me and yet the best part,   to recognize old patterns that have been actually keeping me still.

You can count on your luck quite often, but the truth to be told, even with luck, nothing really happens in a first place if you you dont take the first steps towards the action.  Little steps at the time, but steadily keeping the wheels spinning.

During my Sunday workout I caught myself thinking about the three basic things of life, that you should be paying attention to really have the progress going on what comes to your workouts, but also that you can be extending to your everyday life too.

To have a good balance and also results from your workouts, you should have three things in balance;  the food that you intake, getting enough rest and also staying  consistent with your training. If some part of this triangle is left aside, the progress will be limbing. And straight away I could point out where I’m currently having the lack of consistency and that is having enough rest. Almost always on the go, and then taking ages to really come down after long day. Im rarely bored, and that is also a issue. Issue as to be creative, you need to have the time to get bored, to get that spark of inspiration. And from there, my mind just took off.

To keep the fresh sight, time to time is good to slow down a bit. Really handy example is walking versus when being in the car. While you sit in the car, the views just go past of your eyes with the speed and while yes, distance wise you can maybe see more, but the thing is, you will at the same time miss out many things and details. Basically, you get the overall view.

And when you take the same route, you will catch up also the details around you. Not only with your eyes, but also the scents, voices… The  picture about your surroundings is much more detailed.

In other words, by slowing down I have been able to really catch up on what I’m bringing to the table but also, what I really should start to working on more.

This kind of insight actually has been more than welcomed, as that also mean that I’m soon going to step on a new level. By being able to see, where you there is a need for improvement, there is is also growth.
