When things change inside you, they change around you

Sometimes change is so inevitable, that you may come across a situation that you dont have any control over anymore what so ever. You may feel like you are trapped in the corner and there is no way out but the inevitable to be done. And most likely, that things just popped up on to your mind while reading. previous sentence,

I were few weeks back on that kind of situation, that I needed to either stay on my current workplace and situation while flushing my overall health down from the toilet, or I just simply quit. My body had given me a while strong hints on  that things needed to be changed and that needed to happen soon or… So finally, I just needed to let it go, quit my job and just trust that the universe has my back.

So yes, with no straight backup plan, I did quit. Even thought I had been for a while now looking for the next step to take, while all the doors that I tried to knock to check are they open, they stayed closed. While everything else also seemed to stay unsure, as there as been also a lot to deal with outside of the work too, at least I had one thing secured and more steady straight after quitting. And that was my own health.

For the last couple of weeks I have been amazed time after time, again and again, how much and how fast my overall health has been approving since the actual day that I finally said that I had enough, Im singing myself off.

As much I wanted to things to work out, and continue doing what I love, on the place I already were in, it was time to step back.  We only have one health, and I literally needed to start believe my gut feeling on that it was time to make the change, or my health and body will do so.

For a time I had already lived in a constant fight or flight-mode, and my body had been giving me the signs to make the change, and i was trying to cope with the situations and making few adjustments. But that was not enough, so I needed to go deeper as more of the symptoms just kept on arising. And we only have one heath, so when that is on the line, what ever you need to save it, mental of physical, just go and do what is necessary. For me now, it was to quit my job and jump to unknown.

Universum works in funny ways, and sometimes what we think as major setbacks, it is actually just more rougher redirection of the course. While letting the change taking its place, focus on what keeps your head up, don’t resist the upcoming changes and just trust, that what ever is coming, is going to be better that what there has been.

And take notes on what you have been changing now, and what still keeps you rooted and giving more than its actually taking. Focus on the things that you have to power to change and affect directly and on this moment, and do that by starting from yourself.

Sometimes the situation can also be less ”dramatic”, we might also just grow out from our current position, and that is totally normal.  We spent the third of our lives at work, so if your current workplace is clearly taking more than it is giving, it is time to go.  And sometimes life doesn’t ask from you, are you ready. The inevitable will happen anyway. You just need to do it, take the leap of fate and jump.

Im strongly standing on behind the fact, that is better to do the big changes with a plan, but sometimes, the unknown is really better than the situation you are in. Life will carry us anyway.

And in the end, we don’t regret the things that we did, we regret more the things that we left undone.
