By facing my fears has awaking myself on the fact that how much power do we posses to make the changes, especially the positive ones. Sometimes it means that you get to the point were you get the ultimate stop, which makes you question everything, all the aspects of your life.
Big lost will make you stop so totally, that you loose the bottom on everything. But when you hit the rock bottom, it means also that you will loose the bottom from bad habits too. From the habits, that have been keeping the brakes on. When the very thing that has been the centre of your world no longer exists, taking all the routines included to it with it, it gives you the freedom to built yourself up again. Its like reset for your brain when you confront a loss so big, that you literally feel like your world stops for a while.
Ironically enough, I have felt lately that as my life have been taking me throught many changes at once, now I’m able to also sense the reset – as I did lost the love of my life, but I feel like I found the love within.
Sometimes, you don’t have any other choice than just go with the flow, as resisting the changes would not be making any progress either, and as there has been so many changes at once, in away it has been a good thing that I have felt a bit overwhelmed so there is no room for resistance. Just trusting that everything that is going on at the moment has its meaning and that I will be making the right decisions as I’m now more rooted too on myself and on what I really do need and want. The loss gave me also a needed wake up call to not hang on so tightly on small details, which aren’t that meaningful on the end. Meaning that its not worth to stress over something, that doesn’t matter with the time. Sometimes it better just to move, and making the needed adjustments on the way.

Also I have been getting reminders to really keep on trusting my gut feeling as it has been getting me through these weeks while my brain has been so overwhelmed. And it has been also kind of reliefing to know, that my autopilot mode indeed does work well enough to keep myself on the course.
As there has been almost too much things for my mind to handle at all in once, it has been nice to notice how well I’m able to adjust myself onto the changes and how much of the aha-moments I’m able to have during the progress
